EPIC-WE presented in Greece: Presentation by Rasmus Wiinstedt Tscherning at Beyond

On April 25, Rasmus Wiinstedt Tscherning, founder and managing director of Creative Business Network (CBN) and EPIC-WE partner, participated in a roundtable discussion titled “Gaming 4 Culture and Society” at the “Innovate, Game, Transform” event. Co-organised by Beyond Innovation Arena in Greece and i-Game Project, the roundtable aimed to explore the potential of innovation and gaming for youth, culture, and value creation.

The panel not only served as a platform for Rasmus to introduce EPIC-WE but also facilitated a rich exchange of ideas with fellow speakers, notably highlighting the i-Game Project, co-hosts of the event. i-Game: Innovative Gaming Methodologies in Education aims to enhance and update the existing obsolete methods and views regarding the use of serious games in education for the benefit of various disadvantaged groups. Together, both projects underscored the significance of gaming in driving innovation and social change, sparking conversations on the role of games in shaping culture and society.

Throughout the discussion, topics such as the involvement of youth in gaming for culture and society, the role of EU funding in supporting such projects, and the potential benefits of these endeavors were thoroughly explored.
