Today marks the start of the NordMedia 2025 conference at SDU in Odense, Denmark, running from 13 to 15 August 2025. Among the contributions is the peer-reviewed EPIC-WE paper Cultural Game Jams: Inclusive, pluriversal, and transversal design approaches in game jams by Rikke Toft Nørgård, Kim Holflod, Eva Eriksson, and Em Achilleus Hansen.
The work is a collaboration between the Danish School of Education – Educational Theory and Curriculum Studies, and the Aarhus School of Communication and Culture – Department of Digital Design and Information Studies. Spanning 10 pages, the paper examines cultural game jams through inclusive, pluriversal, and transversal design approaches.
