A new special issue on Game Jams, Game-Making with Values, and Games Through and For Culture has just been published as part of the 3rd Volume of the International Journal of Games and Social Impact.

Co-edited by EPIC-WE’s Rikke Toft Nørgård and Conceição Costa, it features several contributions from the EPIC-WE team. Kim Holflod, Eva Eriksson and Em Hansen present ‘Designing with Ambiguity: Iterating Equity in Game Jam Design’, whereas Francisco de Assis, Maria Goncalves, Maria Costa, and Inês Nunes have ‘Heroes, Helpers, and Villains: Representations of the Carnation Revolution through Cultural Game Jam Outputs’.
